中国估价专业委员会会员申请邀请函 Invitation to apply for membership China Valuation Professional Group Committee

为了推动知识发展、标准实践、技术指导和进一步提高RICS资历认可度,RICS现开始组建中国估价专业委员会。本次邀请将在华北和华东地区属于地产机构、资讯、投资和管理相关领域的RICS会员中进行。

 

委员会组建的主要目的是引领专业化、推动知识发展和国际标准的本地化。委员会将与中国理事会和亚洲估价专业理事会密切联系,实施一系列包括指南手册的推广、相关指南手册和文件的本地化/汉化、确定实践趋势,市场需求和标准差异并在必要时引用英国标准。该委员会还将适时参与全球指南手册和研究项目的发展。

 

我们诚挚邀请希望在上述领域服务的相关会员申请加入中国估价专业委员会。评选小组将秉持确保委员会具备广泛且适当技能和知识的原则进行申请人的甄选。成员的任命期最初为一年。委员会预计每年进行四次电话会议。

In order to advance knowledge development, practice standards, technical guidance and recognition of RICS qualifications, RICS is establishing the China Valuation Professional Group Committee. Applications are invited from RICS Members in North and East China practicing in property agencies, consulting, investment and management.

 

The main purpose of the Committee is to lead the specialism, develop knowledge and localize international standards. The Committee will liaise closely with the China Board and the Asia Valuation Professional Group Board in implementing the professional group strategy including the promotion of Guidance Notes, localization/translation of relevant Guidance Notes and other relevant documents; identifying practice trends, market needs and standards gap, with due reference to the UK standards where necessary. The Committee will also participate in the development of global GN and research initiatives where appropriate.

 

Members, who are interested to serve the Committee in the above areas, are welcomed to apply. Applications will be reviewed by a selection panel who will appoint members to the Committee with the aim of ensuring that the Board has a broad range of appropriate skills. Member’s appointment will be for an initial of one year. The Board will be expected to meet up to four times per annum via teleconference.
