Assistant Manager / Sales Manager | International Properties - Beijing  

Responsibilities
 Establish overseas luxury residential marketing business and sales agency mandates;
 Achieve personal professional revenue target via overseas residential sales transactions and referrals;
 Develop and maintain a network and database of high net worth property investors;
 Build good relationships with overseas developers and other professional service groups in the real estate industry;
 Carry out any other assignments by supervisor.

Qualifications
 University graduate in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent, fluent in oral & written English;
 2 years above luxury residential or overseas residential sales experience, good network on clientele base;
 Familiar with high-end overseas residential market, including government policy and the procedure of overseas residential sales transaction;
 Strong track record in sales, highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges;
 Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
